Today it was like I was in a dream. Floating from room to room on the 6th floor of a local hospital.

It’s a wonderful example of how you THINK something is going to be awful but then you DO IT and it turns out to be something out of a wonderful dream. OK. So people can TELL you over and over again to just let go of an emotion that is holding you back but until you actually do it . . . well, you know what I mean.

The most amazing part? My teacher. She is a 79-year-old former middle school educator and principal. Allowing a teacher to guide me through the experience was added to the dream-like qualities. Simple instructions. Example and asking me – TRUSTING me – to do hand massage next to her. This has been the most amazing part of energy healing. The trust people have in me once I am in a situation where people are accepting and needing healing.

Maybe that’s the key to it all. People are accepting and needing healing. In a hospital, you’ve given permission to be healed.

Thank you to all the wonderful patients on the 6th and 8th floors. Thank you to the cosmic source of healing energy. Thank you. I am most grateful for today and for this moment.
